Kyiv (Kiev) is the largest city and capital of Ukraine is situated in the northcentral part of the country. There are two airports in Kyiv making it the busiest international hub in Ukraine. Lviv is a major city and unofficial capital of western Ukraine. Being positioned on the mainrailway and highway routes it is country’s western gateway which is well connected with the rest of the state.
